Dietz & Watson was established 1939 by our founding great-grandfather, Gottlieb Dietz. Gottlieb had a pretty intense dedication to quality, family and delicious food. Four generations later, we like to think he’s eating heavenly sausage and looking down on us with an approving grin. Oh, and we make the best meat and cheese products that will ever grace your lips.

1. Put the items back into a box along with proof of purchase and reason for return. 2. Create a shipping label addressed to: Dietz & Watson c/o Metro Pack 37 Jeanne Drive Newburgh, NY 12550 3. Drop off the box at your nearest UPS/Fedex/Post Office. 4. Once your return has been processed, you should receive a confirmation email that your funds have been received.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from Delishop or store.dietzandwatson.com for a full refund.
If your order does not fit as expected, you can follow our online returns policy to return the product for a full refund. Product must be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
For returns received and processed by us within 30 days, we’ll automatically refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment. Returns take 3-5 business days to process after our warehouse receives them.
